TAMSEAL™

KMC, in conjunction with Bearings Plus, Inc., offers TAMSEAL^™, a superior alternative to conventional Labyrinth Seals. It reduces/eliminates machinery vibrations while providing 50 to 100 times more damping than conventional Labyrinth seals. TAMSEAL's pocketed design with diverging clearance produces high direct damping and improves stability. TAMSEAL provides no reduction in sealing capabilities and are offered as drop-in replacements for conventional impeller eye,  & shaft sleeves seals.
